Refund & Cancellation Policy

We owe you a big “Thank You” for believing in us and purchasing our course. It’s been our endeavour to deliver high-quality video content and rest assured, we promise to keep improving along the way.Here’s the only thing you should know. We have a 7-day, no questions asked* refund policy. Yes, you read that right. If you are dissatisfied with our teaching, we want to quickly correct the problem by refunding the entire amount (minus the transaction fee) to you. While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk-free, we must also protect our organisation from fraud. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
  • If courses were purchased at a discounted price by using a discount coupon provided by us.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
  • The purchase was made using credit points or coins or by any third party on your behalf.
  • Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of use will not be eligible to receive a refund.
  • If the course is purchased through an affiliate link.
  • Bulk course purchases made by a company, organisation, institute for it's employees, students etc. (any users created 3 and above shall be teated as bulk purchase) 
  • If the GST is claimed by the user.
  • Purchased a course as a part of package or bundle offer.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
